We set our Clients up with a GDPR-compliant online portal which you can use as an employer and where your employees can easily access their current and previous payslips in one place.

Before you start providing us with information, we’ll make sure we understand your pay structures; that when the time comes you can be sure you’re sending it to us in the most efficient way possible.

The common myth is that HR support isn’t needed until you have 5 or more employees, but this is incorrect. We’ve always encouraged Clients to consider HR support from their first employee - advice that’s been even more relevant since the introduction of day one rights.
